Bylaws

• The OliEdu Foundation’s mission is to carry out educational, social, and cultural activities, particularly in the following areas:
   

1) raising awareness about democracy and equality in education,
2) promoting education and upbringing,
3) shaping social attitudes,
4) social assistance and charitable activities,
5) supporting people with disabilities and those who are ill,
6) protecting and promoting health,
7) promoting physical culture and sports,
8) developing competencies that enable effective functioning in personal and professional life,
9) promoting knowledge and action in the fields of ecology, the natural environment, nature and animal conservation, and education on the circular economy,
10) promoting culture and the arts, as well as the protection of cultural and national heritage,
11) education in the use of technology,
12) activities promoting:

a) the concept of CSR (corporate social responsibility),
b) ESG areas (environmental, social responsibility, corporate governance),
c) ED&I values (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) and the pursuit of best practices in their organization and management,

13) disseminating medical knowledge on diagnostics, prevention, fertility, infertility treatment, motherhood, and parenthood, as well as supporting infertile individuals in the process of trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and providing assistance to their families and support to the entire medical community,
14) raising public awareness on issues related to reproductive health, promoting fertility prevention (including among young people), and providing information on health and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases,
15) undertaking health-promoting and patient-centered initiatives; initiating, promoting, and supporting projects and training programs for the medical community—such as doctors, nurses, midwives, and medical students—as well as organizing and promoting volunteer work,
16) supporting people undergoing treatment, as well as patients in clinics, hospitals, medical centers, and hospices, collaborating with healthcare institutions, assisting families during illness, after recovery, or during the grieving process, as well as promoting ideas and methods for caring for people with disabilities, those with terminal illnesses, and those with chronic conditions.

• The Foundation pursues its objectives by:

1) conducting training sessions, workshops, lectures, camps, competitions, exhibitions, and meetings that promote education and support civil society,
2) collaborating with individuals and institutions, local government organizations, nongovernmental organizations, and other entities involved in promoting educational and social engagement,
3) activities that bring together diverse communities and age groups around the idea of promoting educational and social engagement,
4) research focused on developing knowledge, skills, and educational and social attitudes,
5) providing consulting, publishing, and journalistic activities in pursuit of the Foundation’s statutory objectives,
6) conducting social campaigns, research, and analyses to develop methods and tools that support and promote the Foundation’s ideas,
7) supporting local and nationwide initiatives,
8) organizing competitions, cultural, educational, and social events that promote the Foundation’s ideas,
9) providing direct support and rewards to individuals, institutions, organizations, or other entities, e.g., through fundraisers, scholarships, etc.,
10) promoting and organizing campaigns that advance the Foundation’s mission, e.g., through a website, social media profiles, and the creation and distribution of promotional materials and videos,
11) disseminating medical, psychological, and psychiatric knowledge, as well as initiating, promoting, and supporting training programs for doctors, nurses, midwives, and medical students in the areas of diagnosis and treatment of infertility, as well as other health-promoting and patient-centered fields,
12) undertaking actions to eliminate all forms of discrimination based on health, cultural, and social factors, as well as supporting people with various health conditions, serious illnesses, and those who are terminally or chronically ill,
13) medical and social education, consisting of organizing informational and awareness-raising activities on preventive health care and combating health-related stigma,
14) supporting scientific research and the advancement of medical knowledge, and conducting activities to promote equal access to treatment and healthcare for all people, regardless of their financial or social situation,
15) launching nationwide and international social and medical campaigns; conducting patient-focused preventive and educational initiatives in schools, educational and medical institutions, online, and on social media;
16) initiating international cooperation in the field of health, patient-focused initiatives, and the exchange of knowledge and experience.
