On May 14, an educational and medical conference that we co-organized took place in the conference room at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

The need to provide knowledge and confidence to people affected by in vitro fertilization, and the importance of fighting for oneself and one’s family’s happiness —this was the message of the speech delivered at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland by Ewa Daros, President of the OliEdu Foundation, who also moderated the entire event!

The conference was held under the honorary patronage of:

  • Deputy Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Monika Wielichowska
  • Minister of Health Izabela Leszczyna

The following individuals also honored the event with their presence and remarks:

  • Aleksandra Gajewska, Deputy Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Policy
  • Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan, who supports the citizens’ bill “Yes to In Vitro.”

A strong and effective voice in the Sejm, along with the efforts of many citizens committed to the cause, contributed to the government’s in vitro funding program coming back into effect on June 1 (after more than 8 years).

A message repeatedly emphasized by speakers at the conference—representing social, medical, and local government circles—was the need to “demystify” in vitro in the eyes of the public—we will continue to promote this mission!
