2026 has been designated the Year of Preventive Health Care, and that’s definitely our area of focus!

In the area of health:

  • we educate,
  • we spread knowledge,
  • we raise awareness and empathy, and our initiatives are aimed at many social groups, because everyone deserves equal access to healthcare, information, and treatment.

A meeting with nongovernmental organizations was held at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland under the patronage of Monika Wielichowska, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm, during which Ewa Daros, President of the OliEdu Foundation, spoke, highlighting the priorities for health initiatives in the coming year.

Thanks to the government program and fertility support, over 8,000 children were born this year!

Despite such tremendous success and progress, there remains a great deal of work to be done in the area of comprehensive reproductive health care in Poland.

Fertility support can and should be understood as a form of preventive healthcare, because, among other things, fertility support:

  • prevents genetic diseases,
  • protects against infertility,
  • reduces the risk of pregnancy complications,
  • and also protects mental and social health.

Thank you for organizing such a large and important meeting, and a huge thank you to Dr. Katarzyna Olszak-Wąsik (gynecologist and geneticist) for her expert consultation prior to the presentation.
