On June 12–13, an extraordinary event called “Perspektywy Women in Tech” took place in Warsaw, attended by representatives of the OliEdu Foundation: Ewa Daros (President) and Sebastian Ceglarek (Board Member).

How did this initiative ultimately translate into numbers?

  • 14,000 participants
  • 700 speakers, trainers, and mentors,
  • 590 mentoring sessions,
  • 104 representatives from various countries
  • 63 technology, career, and soft skills workshops,
  • 26 side events, and 11 pre-events.

These numbers are undoubtedly impressive, and this helps encourage young women to take an interest in new technologies and the education related to their development. This helps them build professional careers in the tech industry or academia, which is worth supporting to ensure equality in education and the job market.
