Sports and health go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other.
Last weekend, a great sports and health event took place in Kraków at the Olsza Club. We couldn’t miss it—especially since an Honorary Blood Donation Drive was taking place.
We’d like to remind you that the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Center in Kraków needs blood in the following types: ARh+, ARh-, BRh+, BRh-, 0Rh-, and AB Rh-. The summer vacation period is a peak time for blood donation due to the number of accidents that occur each year.
During the picnic, activities included soccer tournaments, races, entertainment, outdoor Zumba, capoeira, and herbal workshops.
