"Effective Communication as a Tool for Supporting Roles Within a Team" is the topic that experienced trainer Ewa Daros, President of the OliEdu Foundation for Civic Education, introduced to the training participants.
The workshop for the European Youth Parliament, filled with exercises and group work, demonstrated how mindful communication influences the atmosphere, collaboration, and the achievement of shared goals.
Participants had the opportunity, among other things, to:
- identify their natural communication styles,
- practice strategies for effective communication within a team,
- discover how communication supports diverse roles and strengthens the group’s potential.
We are extremely pleased that the training was very highly rated by the participants and the EYP board—both in terms of content and the trainer’s engagement.
