A debate on combating peer violence, co-organized by the OliEdu Foundation, will take place on February 9 in Łańcut.

The OliEdu Foundation for Civic Education is fully committed to supporting the educational community in one of today’s most critical areas—combating peer violence and cyberbullying.

We invite you to a debate on this topic, organized in cooperation with High School No. 2 at the Janusz Korczak School Complex No. 1 in Łańcut.

This event creates a space for meaningful conversation, the exchange of experiences, and the development of effective solutions—with the participation of experts, teachers, parents, and institutions responsible for the safety of children and youth.

Meeting between experts and students from Secondary School No. 2 in Łańcut – discussion on peer violence, cyber threats, and responsibility.

Debate featuring:

  • teaching staff,
  • parents,
  • and representatives of schools operated by the City of Łańcut, the Municipality of Łańcut, and Łańcut County.
Debate Topics

The meeting will address, among other things:

  • forms and likely causes of violence against minors (peer and non-peer violence),
  • civil and criminal liability of minors,
  • the role of schools when violence is uncovered,
  • the responsibilities of parents and guardians,
  • violence prevention—how to act before a tragedy occurs.

The OliEdu Foundation’s participation in this debate is another step toward fulfilling our mission: strengthening social, civic, and educational competencies and building a safe environment for children and youth. 
We believe that only through cooperation between schools, parents, experts, and social organizations can real change be achieved.

Together, we say STOP to violence and show that response, education, and prevention are of the utmost importance.
