#invitroToMY Conference
On June 4, 2024, we held a social and medical conference in Kraków titled “In vitro To MY.”
Unfortunately, anyone can be affected by cancer, fertility issues, or a genetic disorder at the most unexpected moment. It sounds like something that doesn’t apply to us.
However:
- cancer is now classified as a disease of modern civilization, and over a million Poles suffer from it;
- infertility affects about 15%–20% of the population;
- genetic diseases are rarer, but incurable and brutal in their symptoms...
All these tragedies lead to the last “lifeline” for those trying to conceive: #invitro.
We’ve been talking about this, and we’ll continue to educate people even more loudly and widely!
- Because we need to know and promote scientific and medical facts.
- Because we must take advantage of medical advances.
- Because we must support others when they lack the strength or self-confidence to do so themselves.
A huge thank you for your involvement in the event to:
- Aleksander Miszalski, Mayor of Kraków, for his presence and important speech;
- Tomasz Daros, Kraków City Councilmember, for his efforts in Kraków;
- Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan for her tremendous support of the initiative;
- Dr. Katarzyna Olszak-Wąsik, TFP Fertility Poland;
- Dr. Jarosław Janeczko, Centru, Parens;
- Prof. Robert Jach;
- Dr. Andrzej Zmaczyński;
- Dr. Wojciech Osmański.
Our OliEdu Foundation was represented by: Ewa Daros, Sebastian Ceglarek, and Katarzyna Miedzak.
